Thanks to JProphet, we have a proposed route for a swordless speed run, which KingHippo423 has used to get times in the neighborhood of 1:30, and could be pushed sub-hour.

30, 10, 100 secrets in the northeast quadrant
Blue Candle from shop east of 5
Bombs from shop west of 2
100 secret south of bombs
South coast heart
Arrows, meat from stores east of 4
100 secret south of 7
Level 3: Raft, Triforce
Level 4: Ladder
30 secret south of 1
Level 1: Bow, Triforce
Level 2: Triforce
Heart north of 2
Level 5: Recorder, Bombs, Triforce
Level 6: Wand, Triforce
Level 7: Triforce
Level 4: Triforce
Level 8: Triforce
Level 9: Silver Arrows, Gannon.

Optionally one could make the route easier by doing 7 before 6, and buying the bombs in 7.
